Autonomous vehicles rely on many types of technology to navigate

- LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging)
- Radar (Radio Detection and Ranging)
- GPS, Cameras, Ultrasonic Sensors, and AI
Driverless cars, or autonomous vehicles, utilize a combination of sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and sophisticated AI algorithms and machine learning to perceive their surroundings, make decisions, and navigate without human intervention.
Lidar uses laser pulses to create a 3D map of the environment, enabling the car to detect objects, road edges, and lane markings. While rader emits radio waves to detect objects and measure their distance and speed.
